Role of Physiotherapy in Health

The state of physical, mental, social & spiritual wellbeing is called health.
Physiotherapy: is the branch of medical science which deals with the rehabilitative, facilitative and preventive way of treatment by the use of electrical modalities and therapeutic exercises.
Physiotherapy is the Treatment of diseases by means of electrical modalities and therapeutic exercises.
The goal of the WHO is "Health for all by the year 2000"
Change of environment and increasing population may lead to the development of other health problems, for example increased RTA, A greater percentage of people develop Heart CHD and CVA (Hemiplegia), and lung cancer as well despite the health education programmes such as campaign to stop smoking.
The alterations in medical technology and improved health care have in instances increased the demand on the PT profession. More physically and mentally handicapped children survive and people have a longer life expectancy. These together with developments in cardiac and transplant surgery, neuro surgery and some other surgical procedures all place further demands on PT services.
Community care has increased with the consequent need for PATIENT The community physiotherapist helps to monitor pts. who have been discharged from hospital to ensure that they are maintaining the level of physical activity reached on leaving hospital and to ensure that they are progressing towards optimal or full independence. He may see patients in community for advice and/ or treatment.
Also, general practitioner referrals has id the demand for PT, particularly in OPDs.
The physiotherapy is recognized as a health professional to whom other health professionals will refer patients to assessment, advice, & treatment.
 PT includes assessing the patient planning and implementing the Treatment programme, evaluating and then altering the treatment as the result of evaluation.
Physiotherapy treats and rehabilates the patient who are suffering from celerabral palsy (CP), hemiplegia, paraplegia, tetraplegia, facial palsy, transverse myelitis, multiple sclerosis (MS), Guillain Bere Syndrome (GBS), myasthenia gravis, muscular dystrophies, polio myelitis and many other challenging cases.
Chest Physiotherapy is also very effective in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) like bronchitis, emphysema, bronchiectasis, asthma etc. as a physiotherapy measures like postural drainage, breathing exercise, percussion, vibration and shaking are performed. There is also an important role of physiotherapy in pre and post thoracotomy operation. Thoracotomy is performed for open heart surgery, pneumectomy, lobectomy, heart transplant etc.
The skill of the physiotherapist lies in the ability to gain the cooperation of the patient, to make a good assessment, to select the appropriate techniques, to implement and evaluate the Treatment plan effectively thus leading the patient towards complete or optimal independence. Thus the physiotherapy is involved in a complex decision making process in order to give an effective Treatment.

राजनीतिले बिगारेको देश

राजनीतिले बिगारेको देश
    कुनै पनि व्यक्ति, समाज, क्षेत्र र देशलाई कुनै विचार, भावना वा नीतिले डोर्‍याएको हुन्छ, गतिशील बनाइरहेको हुन्छ । जस्तो सोच, विचार, दर्शन छ, त्यसैले अगाडि बढाइरहेको हुन्छ । नेपालको पर्रि्रेक्ष्यमा यस देशलाई राजनीतिले पटक पटक दुख दिएको छ, चिथोरेको छ, शोषण गरेको छ ।
राजनीति . राज ± नीति
अर्थात् समाजमा भएका सोझा साझा व्यक्तिहरूमाथि आफ्नो वर्चस्व कायम राख्दै राज गर्ने वा शासन गर्ने नीति । नामले नै स्पष्ट पारेको यस नीतिको आफ्नै व्याख्या भएका छन् विगतदेखि वर्तमानसम्म । परापर्ूवकालदेखि नै राजनीतिबारे चर्चा परिचर्चा हु“दै आएका छन् । तर यसको वास्तविक अर्थ ठूलाबडाले राज गर्ने शोषण गर्ने नभई समाजले राज गर्ने, व्यवस्थित हुने नीति हो । तर पछि नेता, राजाहरूले राज गर्ने नीतिको अर्थ बन्यो राजनीति । त्यसैले यहा“ राजनीतिको विरोध हैन, त्यो बुझने शैलीको शब्दको विरोध हो ।
त्यसैले वास्तविकरूपमा समाजका लागि हो भने राजनीति होइन, समाजसेवा नीति हुनर्ुपर्छ । राजनीति शास्त्र होइन, समाजसेवा नीति शास्त्रको पढाइ हुनर्ुपर्छ ।
त्यसैले राजतन्त्र अहिलेसम्म हटेको छैन । हाल राजाको नाम मात्र हर्टाई समाजसेवी नेताको आवरणमा राज गर्ने, राजनीति गर्ने राजा अर्थात राजनेताहरू शोषण गरिरहेका छन् । देश पल पल इतिहासमा पनि शोषित भयो, हाल पनि भइरहेको छ । समाजसेवा नीतिको आवरणमा हर्ुर्केको राजनीतिको शोषणमा पिल्सिरहेको छ देश ।
इतिहासमा
यहा“ राज गर्ने परम्पराले नै गर्दा विगतका राजा रजौटाको राज गर्ने शासनमा यहा“का जनताहरू कति शोषित भए, कति विलिन भए इतिहासले स्पष्ट देखाएको छ । राज गर्ने शासनका तात्कालिन बाइसे तथा चौविसे राज्यबीचको एक आपसको राजनीतिमा कति निदोर्षनेपालीले ज्यान गुमाए, शोषित भए त्यसको कुनै यकिन छैन । राजनीतिको चरम उत्कर्षा विगतमा राजपरिवारका आफ्नै सदस्यलाई समेत मारेर राज गर्नै मौका छोप्ने सम्मको कार्य गर्नेको अधिनमा रहेका भाइभारदारहरू कति शोषित भए, त्यहा“का जनताहरू कसरी मर्ुख बनाइए, त्यसको पनि गणनासम्म गर्न सकिदैन । यस्तै राजनीतिले गर्दा कैयौ“ नेपालीले ज्यान गुमाए, औपचारिक सहिद बनाइए, कति नेपालीहरूले अज्ञात मृत्यु वरण गरे, यी कुराहरू ऐतिहासिक रहस्यमै विलिन भएका छन् ।
यसै राज गर्ने नीतिकै परिणामस्वरूप कोतपर्व, भण्डारखाल पर्व, जनयुद्ध, राजदरवार हत्याकाण्डलगायत विभिन्न घटना परिस्थितिहरू सबै राजनीतिले जन्माएको काण्डैकाण्डको इतिहासमा सूचीकृत भएका छन् ।
यसकै परिणमस्वरूप देशलाई टुक््रयाउने, देशको अखण्डता, इज्जतमा आ“च पुर्‍याउने, देशको रगतमा होली खेल्ने हजारौ“ लाखौ“ घटनाहरू छन । जसअर्न्तर्गत सुगौली सन्धी, कुटनीतिक सम्बन्ध, दौत्य सम्बन्धजस्ता विविध सम्बन्धका साथै स्वार्थ लुकेका विभिन्न शासन व्यवस्था राणा शासन, पञ्चायत व्यवस्थालगायतका विभिन्न राज गर्ने व्यवस्था र सन्धिहरूले नेपाल आमाका पर्ूव पश्चिमका, तर्राई“का कति भागहरू, नदीनालाहरू टुक््रयाइयो, देशले कति भाग गुमाउनुपर्‍यो, कति नेपालीहरूको बली दिइयो, यसको सम्पर्ूण्ा सत्य विवरण इतिहासको पानामा समेटिन नसकेपनि ब्रह्माण्डको इतिहासमा रहस्यमय भएर बसेको छ । आत्मिक चिन्तन गर्ने सबै नेपालीले यसको आभाष पाउन सक्छन् । सबै कुराहरू इतिहासमा कोरिनुपर्दैन, बोलिनुपर्दैन, व्याख्या गरिनुपर्दैन, स्पष्टिकरण दिनुपर्दैन, के भएको थियो र के भइरहेको छ सबैले आफ्नो आत्मिक चिन्तनबाट चेतना पाएका छन् र पाउन सक्छन् ।
हाल
समाजसेवाको आवरणमा राजनीतिको स्वरूप र नाम परिवर्तन भई केही राहात मिलेको आभाष भएपनि यसको पर्ूव संस्कार, बानी, नीति भने हटेको छैन हालसम्म पनि । परिवर्तनको नाममा प्रजातन्त्र, लोकतन्त्र, गणतन्त्र हु“दै केही समाजसेवा नीतिको भावना समेट्ने कोशिश गरिएतापनि त्यो कुरा आवरणमा मात्र सीमित भएको छ । समाजसेवा नीतिकै आवरणमा धकेलिदै धकेलिदै सुस्तरूपमा समाजसेवा भइरहेको छ । तर जनताले नदेखेको स्थानहरूबाट व्यक्तिगत स्वार्थसिद्धिका लागि को कति लागि परे र लागिपरिरहेका छन्, त्यो केवल ती संलग्न व्यक्तिहरूको आत्मा र प्रकृतिलाई मात्र थाहा छ । यसरी समाजलाई देखाउने आवरणरूपी समाजसेवाले पनि केही विकासको लागि देशलाई धकेलेको अवस्थामा हाल त आवरणमा पनि स्पष्ट राजतन्त्र झल्किन थालेको छ, दृश्य छायांकन भइरहेको छ । कसैको हत्या हुन्छ र खुलेआम त्यसको जिम्मेवारी लिइन्छ, भाषणै पिच्छे गालीगलौज हुन्छ, चरित्र हत्या हुन्छ, आफ्नो राज गर्ने पद्को अभिमानस्वरूप र्सार्वजनिक स्थलमै जनतालाई शोषित गरिन्छ पदीय जिम्मेबारीसहित । यदि समाजसेवा नीति भएको भए सबैले जिम्मेबारी लिन्थे देश विकास गर्नका लागि न कि हत्या हिंसाका लागि । त्यसैले यहा“ स्पष्टरूपमा राजतन्त्र देखिइदै छ । जनतामाथि राज गर्ने तन्त्र । त्यसैले जनतामाथि राज गर्ने तन्त्र र जनतामाथि राज गर्ने नीति उस्तै उस्तै हो ।

त्यसैले राजनीति नहटेसम्म राजतन्त्र कदापि हट्न सक्दैन । त्यसैले वास्तविकरूपमा समाजसेवा गर्ने हो भने राजनीतिको अहिलेको भावनालाई अन्त्य गर्ने कोशिश गर्दै समाजसेवा नीतिको स्वार्थरहित धार अवलम्बन गर्नुपर्छ । राजतन्त्रको शब्द हटेपनि यो समयमा अदृश्य राजाहरूले निर्दोष जनतामाथि राज गरिरहेका छन् । कसैले वाकस्वतन्त्रता हुनर्ुपर्छ भन्दै आफ्नो निर्दोष दुःख पोख्न पाउनर्ुपर्छ भन्दै केही बोलेमा भोली त्यसको हत्या भइसकेको हुन्छ । चाहे त्यो शरीरको होस्, चाहे चरित्रको । एउटै नेपालमा एक दलले समाजसेवा नीतिकै आवरणमा आफ्नो गल्तिहरूलाई लुकाएर अर्को दलको भए नभएको दोष लगाउने परम्परा छ । प्रत्येक दिन दलबीचमा कार्यकर्ताहरूको हत्या भइरहेको हुन्छ । हाम्रो पार्टर्ीीे हो भन्दै हत्याराहरूको संरक्षण पनि अर्कोतिर हुन्छ । हाल टोल टोलमा राजाहरू जन्मिरहेका छन्, राजनीति गरिरहेका छन् । ँजहा“ स्वार्थ हुन्छ, त्यहा“ राजनीति हुन्छ, जहा“ राजनीति हुन्छ त्यहा“ स्वार्थ हुन्छ’ हाल राजनीतिको परिभाषा यो बनेको छ । त्यसैले स्वार्थरहितको राजनीतिलाई समाजसेवा नीति भनिन्छ । यदि कोही स्वार्थरहित सेवा गर्दै समाजसेवीको रूपमा अगाडि बढ्छ भने सबैले आत्मिक साथ दिन्छन् । त्यही साथको फलस्वरूप उसलाई माथि उभ्याइन्छ तर बिस्तारै समाजसेवा गरेवाफत पाएका सुखसुविधामा लिप्त हु“दै उसमा स्वार्थ पलाई समाजसेवीको आवरणमा राजनीतिको बीउ“ अंकुरण हुन थाल्छ र ऊ समाजसेवी होइन तिनै जनतामाथि राज गर्ने राजनेता बन्दछ ।
त्यसैले वास्तविकरूपमा देशको विकास गर्न चाहने हो भने आफ्नो सीमित स्वार्थलाई होइन देश विकासको स्वार्थलाई अघि बढाऔ“ । यो यस दलको, ऊ अर्को दलको नभनी एउटा नेपालीको रूपमा हेरौ“ र सक्षमलाई समाजसेवा नीतिअर्न्तर्गत समाजसेवी बनाऔ“ न कि राजनीति अर्न्तर्गतको राजनेता । त्यसैले सबैतिर समाजसेवा नीतिको चेतना विस्तार गरौ“, जसमा आफूले नपाएर पनि देशका लागि केही गर्ने चिन्तन होस्, आफूले देशबाट के पाए“ होइन, देशलाई के दिए भन्ने प्रश्न होस्, यस छोटो जीवनमा देशका लागि केही पनि त दिन सकेको छैन भन्ने उत्तर होस् तब मात्र यो देश, देश बन्दछ, तबमात्र हाम्रो जीवन सफल हुन्छ । आखिर यो शरीर सबैले त्यागेर जानुछ भने किन देशका लागि त्याग नगर्ने - तर वास्तविकरूपमा हर्ेर्ने हो भने त्यागभित्र लुकेको प्राप्ति नै प्राप्ति छ, जुन प्राप्ति देशका लागि हुनेछ, देशभित्र रहने नेपालीका लागि हुनेछ, हाम्रो लागि हुनेछ । त्यसैले यसरी प्राप्ति हुने शान्तिलाई किन नखोज्ने - यो हामी सबैले चिन्तन मनन गर्ने विषय हो ।
जति पनि मेसिनहरू छन् त्यसलाई त्यसकै लागि बनेको एउटा सिस्टमले चलाउ“छ भने मानिसलाई चलाउन मान्छेकै लागि बनाइएको भौतिक सिस्टमले मात्र काम गर्दैन । त्यस्ता सिस्टम त कति भंग हुन्छन् कति । तर मान्छे चेतनशील प्राणी भएकोले मान्छेलाई नीतिले चलाउन सक्छ । यदि राजनीति छ भने जनतामाथि राज हुन्छ, यदि समाजसेवा नीति छ, यसको भावनाको आत्मिकरूपमा चेतना आएको छ भने समाजसेवा हुन्छ, देशको सेवा हुन्छ, देशको विकास हुन्छ ।
त्यसैले राजनीतिले देशलाई कति बिगारेको छ, कति पछि पारेको छ, कति बिगारिरहेको छ र कति विगार्ने छ भन्ने कुरा एउटा विचार, विश्लेषण र व्यक्तिगत धारणा मात्र नभएर ऐतिहासिक तथ्यांकले स्पष्ट देखाएको कुरा हो र हाल पनि इतिहास कोरिदै नै छ । त्यसैले राजनीतिले यसरी बिगारेको देशमा समाजसेवा नीति लागू गर्ने कि -

Punishment


Punishment is the authoritative imposition of something negative or unpleasant on a person or animal in response to behavior deemed wrong by an individual or group. The authority may be either a group or a single person, and punishment may be carried out formally under a system of law or informally in other kinds of social settings such as within a family. Negative consequences that are not authorized or that are administered without a breach of rules are not considered to be punishment as defined here.
Four fundamental justifications for punishment include: retribution, deterrence, rehabilitation, and incapacitation such as isolation in order to prevent the wrongdoer's having contact with potential victims. Of the four justifications, only retribution is part of the definition of punishment and none of the other justifications are guaranteed outcomes.

US Education System

Education System leads the education of student. It plays a great role to lead pupil in education. Every country has their own education system. The American education system requires that students complete 12 years of primary and secondary education prior to attending university or college. This may be accomplished either at public (or government-operated) schools, or at private schools. These 12 years of schooling (or their equivalent) may also be completed outside the USA, thus giving foreign students the opportunity to pursue the benefits of the American education system and obtain a quality American education. Perhaps one of the most impressive facts is the large number of presidents, prime ministers and leaders from other countries who have experienced the American education system and graduated from a university or school in the USA. In many fields and industries, the American education system offers the most cutting-edge, sought-after programs at the world's best schools. That is why graduating from an accredited American school and being exposed to the rigors of the American education system is an investment in the future of the students who study here.

How to study?



To become a flexible reader, you need to know how to select and use a reading style that is consistent with your purpose for reading. There are three important reading styles you should learn to use. Each has its own purpose. Knowing when and how to use these three reading styles will make you a flexible reader. Read to learn about the three reading styles used by flexible readers.
Study Reading is the reading style used by flexible readers when their purpose is to read difficult material at a high level of comprehension. When using the Study Reading style, you should read at a rate that is slower than your normal reading rate. Further, as you read you must challenge yourself to understand the material. Study Reading will often require you to read material more than once to achieve a high level of comprehension. Sometimes, reading the material aloud will also help you improve your comprehension.
Skimming is the reading style used by flexible readers when their purpose is to quickly obtain a general idea about the reading material. The Skimming style is most useful when you have to read a large amount of material in a short amount of time. When using the Skimming style, you should identify the main ideas in each paragraph and ignore the details in supportive sentences. Because you are only looking for the main idea in each paragraph you read, a lower level of comprehension is to be expected than when using the Study Reading style.


Scanning is the reading style used by flexible readers when their purpose is to quickly locate a specific piece of information within reading material. The piece of information to be located may be contained in a list of names, words, numbers, short statements, and sometimes even in a paragraph. Since you know exactly what you are looking for, move your eyes quickly over the reading material until you locate the specific piece of information you need to find.
Before you begin your next reading assignment, identify your purpose for reading. Decide if you are reading for a high level of comprehension, trying to get a general idea about what you are reading, or looking for specific information. Then use the reading style that is appropriate for your reading purpose.

Education in Nepal



Modern education in Nepal began with the establishment of the first school in 1853; this school was only for the members of the ruling families and their courtiers. Schooling for the general people began only after 1951 when a popular movement ended the autocratic Rana family regime and initiated a democratic system. In the past 50 years, there has been a dramatic expansion of education facilities in the country. As a result, adult literacy (age 15+) of the country was reported to be 48.2% (female: 34.6%, male: 62.2%) in the Population Census, 2001, up from about 5% in 1952–54. Beginning from about 300 schools and two colleges with about 10,000 students in 1951, there now are 26,000 schools (including higher secondary), 415 colleges, five universities, and two academies of higher studies. Altogether 5.5 million students are enrolled in those schools and colleges who are served by more than 150,000 teachers.

Despite such examples of success, there are problems and challenges. Education management, quality, relevance, access are some of the critical issues of education in Nepal. Societal disparities based on gender, ethnicity, location, economic class, etc. are yet to be eliminated. Resource crunch has always been a problem in education. These problems have made the goal of education for all a challenge for the country.

Environmental education

Environmental education teaches about the maintenance the environmental condition of universe. Environmental education (EE) refers to organized efforts to teach about how natural environments function and, particularly, how human beings can manage their behavior and ecosystems in order to live sustainably. The term is often used to imply education within the school system, from primary to post-secondary. However, it is sometimes used more broadly to include all efforts to educate the public and other audiences, including print materials, websites, media campaigns, etc. Related disciplines include outdoor education and experiental education.
Environmental education is a learning process that increases people's knowledge and awareness about the environment and associated challenges, develops the necessary skills and expertise to address the challenges, and fosters attitudes, motivations, and commitments to make informed decisions and take responsible action (UNESCO, Tbilisi Declaration, 1978).



EE focuses on:
  • Awareness and sensitivity about the environment and environmental challenges
  • Knowledge and understanding about the environment and environmental challenges
  • Attitude concern for the environment and help to maintain environmental quality
  • Skills to mitigate the environmental problems
  • Participation for exercising existing knowledge and environmental related programs.

IT education

IT education is not known before 1960. But today nothing is going to be possible without IT i.e. information technology.

In the 1960s and 1970s, the term information technology (IT) was a little known phrase that was used by those who worked in places like banks and hospitals to describe the processes they used to store information. With the paradigm shift to computing technology and "paperless" workplaces, information technology has come to be a household phrase. It defines an industry that uses computers, networking, software programming, and other equipment and processes to store, process, retrieve, transmit, and protect information.
In the early days of computer development, there was no such thing as a college degree in IT. Software development and computer programming were best left to the computer scientists and mathematical engineers, due to their complicated nature. As time passed and technology advanced, such as with the advent of the personal computer in the 1980s and its everyday use in the home and the workplace, the world moved into the information age.

By the early 21st century, nearly every child in the Western world, and many in other parts of the world, knew how to use a personal computer. Businesses' information technology departments have gone from using storage tapes created by a single computer operator to interconnected networks of employee workstations that store information in a server farm, often somewhere away from the main business site. Communication has advanced, from physical postal mail, to telephone fax transmissions, to nearly instantaneous digital communication through electronic mail (email).
Great technological advances have been made since the days when computers were huge pieces of equipment that were stored in big, air conditioned rooms, getting their information from punch cards. The information technology industry has turned out to be a huge employer of people worldwide, as the focus shifts in some nations from manufacturing to service industries. It is a field where the barrier to entry is generally much lower than that of manufacturing, for example. In the current business environment, being proficient in computers is often a necessity for those who want to compete in the workplace.

Adult education

Adult education  gives the education to the aged person. Adult education is the practice of teaching and educating adults. Adult education takes place in the workplace, through 'extension' school (e.g. Harvard Extension) or 'school of continuing education' or 'school of general studies' (Columbia General Studies). Other learning places include folk high schools, community colleges, and lifelong learning centers. The practice is also often referred to as 'Training and Development 'and is often associated with workforce or professional development. It has also been referred to as andragogy (to distinguish it from pedagogy). Adult education is different from vocational education, which is mostly workplace-based for skill improvement; and also from non-formal adult education, including learning skills or learning for personal development.
In 1926 the American Library Association study Libraries and Adult Education was published and the association established the Board on Library and Adult Education (later the Adult Education Board) with reports in the ALA Bulletin. The concept of the library as an agency of ongoing education for adults became firmly established in U.S. society.[1] In her historical review of libraries and adult education, Margaret E. Monroe (1963: 6) identified a variety of library services provided by libraries to adults during the first half of the twentieth century that incorporated aspects of adult education.[2] Many libraries have a literacy center, either within their community or in the building; others offer on-site tutoring for adults, or at least space for tutors to meet with students. Family literacy programs are also quite popular within libraries and schools. Roehrig, L. (2010). [3] The U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services helps create vibrant, energized learning communities recognizing that "Our achievement as individuals and our success as a democratic society depends on learning continually, adapting to change readily, and evaluating information critically."

What is moral education?

Morality means the sensitivity of being good. Moral education helps to create the sensitivity to human kind. But for that man has to find the path of being moral.

Moral education means to fulfill the duty relating to society and nation. If a person does his duty honestly, it means he is learning moral education in real sense. A human being wants to get success in life, for this he desires to get so. These desires make him different from animals. A human being is also social animal, for living in society; he has to fulfill some rules and regulations. All these rules and regulations are called moral ethics and its education is called moral education. Its education should be given at very early age.
In old time, moral education was given in every Gurukul. After coming English education system, moral education had stopped by Laws and its result we are seeing today. There is no discipline in school and college. Character is depreciated day by day. Relationship of teacher and student is also no more. So, it is very necessary to give moral education in every school and education.

Moral education is taken from Sanskrit word “Natik shiksha”. It means all rules and regulations which carries human being to good ways. In this education, we learn to respect our parents, animals, birds and country.

Importance of education

Education is the way of life. Education lead the nation in a right way. Every educated person can change their environment as they wish.

Education is very important for our lives. Without education people wouldn’t have their high-developed machine and would believe that the Earth is a planet around that all another planets are moving. Why people want to have their high education? As for me I have my reasons why I want to get high education.

First reason I want to get high education is for career purpose. From the early age parents very often tell to their children that education is very important to find a good job. And this is true because if you want to be a doctor or a lower, or an engineer you must have an education. Among my friends in Russia when I was asking them why they wanted to get their high education very often they were telling me that it is necessary to get a good job and to make a good career. I agree with them because I think that it is easier to begin my career not from nothing, but with the experience and all education that I would gain in the University.

Another reason why I want to get high education is because all members in my family have already received their high education. My father has finished the Institute of Technology, and my mother has finished Medical Institute. All my life I was listening from them that it is very important to get high education. When I was trying to pass my exams for the University in Russia my family was very nervous. It looked like that it wasn’t me who wanted to get to the university, but the whole family were trying with me to pass all exams. I think that family’s support in getting education is very important. At least it was so for me.

Also I want to get my high education because I enjoy studying. All my life I thought that it is very important to be independent and I was trying to be independent since I was a child. I didn’t like to ask my parents to help me with my homework and I was sitting with my homework sometimes till late night but I did myself understand that all must be dependent from yourself and not from someone else. I loved to study and in a high school was an excellent student. All my life I have been though that I could almost everything if I would really want. When I needed to learn English to pass my exams to university and my family didn’t have enough money to pay for tutoring, I took books in the library and step-by-step began learning language. First I thought that it would be impossible to learn language by myself, but I did it and passed all exams to the university. I learned English not just because I needed it to pass exams in the university but also because I was enjoying study.

High education is very important for me. I want to get my high education for career purpose and for my family. All of that reasons helped me to make right decision and hopefully I will graduate from the university.
